Summary: This house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. Close to the Mashes Sands Beach. Great walking paths. Yard was great for our dog.

Summary: Place was clean but was somewhat run down. The picture on the listing shows it in better shape than it was, however it was clean and we had no real issues.The code given to us to open the place was incorrect but owner supplied the correct one.

Summary: My stay here was amazing. I booked the rental with my mom and dad so we could meet in Florida and have a long weekend together. We had plenty of space for our dogs, the neighborhood was peaceful and accessible to many cool things, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking up a storm!

Summary: Location was good for visiting various places in the surrounding area. Had an issue with some bugs, but Christine was responsive and got an exterminator there the next day. Otherwise this was a nice place to stay.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, very nice well maintained, and very clean. A/C works great and love that is was nice and cool in there when we arrived. There is so much to do in the area that we didn't spend much time over the weekend at the house but it was wonderful coming back and getting a restful night's sleep to recharge for the next day of adventures.

Summary: The hous is really nice and inviting. Beds are very comfortable, AC is ice cold , lots of room to walk around, kitchen had all the things you need to make dinner. The location is nice if you like fishing.

Summary: House has been remodeled, very clean, comfortable. Nice kitchen, good working washer & dryer. 2 bedrooms have a closet but only hanging space, need a dresser. Grill didn’t work, maybe out of propane. Super quiet nice neighborhood, great location to ride bikes. Just 2 miles from beach on a great bike trail. A great area if fishing is your sport. No contact with management, we didn’t contact & they didn’t either.
